3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the onewin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If onewin identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances — including winnings — may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. onewin will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
3.4 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify onewin immediately at [email protected]. onewin will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. onewin is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). onewin is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.6 Account Closure. You may request closure of your onewin account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. onewin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the onewin Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. onewin is not responsible for bets placed in error.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by onewin at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Void Bets. onewin reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules; or (d) the bet was placed after the relevant event or game round had concluded.
6.4 Payout of Winnings. Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant game or betting market. onewin reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
6.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, onewin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. onewin's decision in such matters is final.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the onewin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
7.2 onewin employs fraud detection systems and monitors Platform activity continuously. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement agencies.
8.1 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
8.2 Session Limits and Reality Checks. Players may set session time limits and enable reality check notifications that remind them of the duration of their gaming session at regular intervals.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion. 10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, onewin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
10.2 onewin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your onewin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 onewin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. onewin will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude onewin's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by onewin's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by onewin; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 onewin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

13.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
13.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and onewin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
